Meet the Founder
Operational Intelligence™ was developed by Andre C. Dupree, an educational leader with more than 30 years of experience serving schools as a science, chemistry, and mathematics teacher, guidance counselor, elementary principal, turnaround leader, and district leadership contributor.
Throughout his career, one question continued to emerge:

That question led to the development of Operational Intelligence™—a leadership methodology designed to help school districts transform information into insight, insight into decisions, and decisions into continuous organizational improvement.
