For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my career to helping students, educators, and school communities succeed. My professional journey has included serving as a middle school mathematics and science teacher, middle and high school guidance counselor, elementary school principal, high school assistant principal, principal on special assignment leading school turnaround efforts, district leader, college mathematics instructor, and educational consultant.

Each role provided a unique perspective on the challenges educational leaders face every day. Whether working directly with students, supporting teachers, leading schools, or guiding district initiatives, one lesson became clear: school leaders don't need more data—they need better insight.

That belief inspired me to found InspireAIed.

Today, I help school districts harness the power of Artificial Intelligence to transform information into Operational Intelligence™. Rather than replacing the experience and judgment of educators, AI should empower leaders by identifying patterns, highlighting emerging concerns, reducing administrative burden, and providing the insights needed to make proactive, informed decisions.
